What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Art Director to join our marketing team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Australia. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our global marketing campaigns, blending artistic vision with strategic execution to ensure our brand resonates at every touchpoint. Your expertise in Adobe and Figma will be essential as you lead visual storytelling initiatives that drive our business objectives forward.

• Establish the visual direction for marketing materials across our key global regions.
• Lead and manage internal teams and freelance contributors to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Execute complex campaigns that require advanced concept development and brand storytelling.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned design professional with a strong portfolio that showcases both quality and creativity. You should possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, along with a deep understanding of marketing, retail, and hospitality industries. We value leadership and storytelling skills, as you will be responsible for inspiring colleagues and presenting ideas clearly. A background in multidisciplinary design is required, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Fluency in English is required, and while not mandatory, experience in team management or implementing AI technologies to streamline workflows would be a significant advantage.
