We are looking for a Senior Art Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Cyprus. In this role you will guide the visual direction of global marketing campaigns that span digital and traditional channels, while leading a small creative team and upholding the high standards that define our brand at Exness, a leading international fintech company serving traders worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design cycle for marketing campaigns, from initial concepts through final assets such as landing pages, banners, videos, email creatives, push notifications, app-store materials, and out-of-home advertising.
- Apply hands-on 3D design skills to enrich campaign storytelling and develop distinctive visual concepts that resonate across multiple markets.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of designers, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence on every project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience creating digital marketing assets, with proven success in creative agencies working on international accounts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign ideation and execution, including video formats, and experience leading creative projects for well-known global brands from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), plus working knowledge of 3D design tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Solid background in digital marketing and performance-driven design, with the ability to present and sell creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and English communication skills, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines and collaborate across global markets including ASIA, LATAM, and MENA.
