About The Role:
As an Art Director at Feastables, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of our brand’s digital presence, driving our creative assets across web, digital marketing, and social. You’ll bring Feastables’ voice and vision to life online, crafting engaging digital experiences as unique as our brand.

This role is ideal for a creative visionary with a strong grasp of translating brand strategy into digital aesthetics with a keen eye for innovative storytelling. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive, high-impact visuals that elevate our brand and drive consumer engagement. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of digital creative assets, including website design, email campaigns, social media, and online ads, ensuring consistency with Feastables’ brand identity, the MrBeast brand, and the objectives of all internal and external partners
  • Partner closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams to design customer-centric digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Collaborate with creative and brand leadership to align aesthetics for a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Develop unique visual storytelling techniques that connect with Feastables’ audience and drive brand loyalty, staying true to the brand's voice and personality
  • Translate campaign concepts into compelling digital executions, working on both high-level strategy and hands-on design to deliver impactful visuals
  • Manage and oversee a team of digital designers, providing feedback, mentorship, and guidance to bring out their best work
  • Stay up-to-date on digital and web design trends, platforms, and technologies, recommending new approaches and tools to keep Feastables on the cutting edge
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary, ensuring quality and consistency across all digital assets
  • Review and refine digital assets based on performance metrics, audience feedback, and testing, optimizing for engagement and effectiveness

Recipe For Success:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital art direction, ideally within the CPG, eCommerce, or lifestyle brand sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in designing for digital platforms, including web, email, social, and eCommerce channels
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital design and art direction, with a focus on user experience and storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools
  • Experience managing and mentoring design teams, with a passion for fostering a creative, collaborative environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional partners and external agencies
  • A data-informed approach to creative design, with the ability to use analytics and performance insights to guide creative decisions
  • A passion for the creator economy and digital media, with a keen sense of what resonates in the online space
