What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Art Director to join our team on a Full Time, Remote basis. You will work closely with our Creative Directors to define the aesthetic direction for our campaigns, ensuring that every project we pitch is visually stunning and strategically sound. You will be responsible for leading the creative vision across various platforms using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Cinema 4D on your Mac.

• Lead creative ideation and execution for our clients while establishing a clear visual look and feel for campaigns.
• Manage and guide a team of designers, motion designers, and AV editors to ensure consistency and high-quality output throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate with strategists, project managers, and creative leadership to develop compelling pitch decks and design solutions that align with our clients' goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with at least two years of art direction experience within an agency setting. You should possess a strong background in both motion and static design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to bring creative assets to life. We value candidates who have experience working on pitches and proposals for entertainment brands. You must be proficient in English and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of design principles and a proactive approach to navigating creative challenges are essential for success in this role.
