The role

We are seeking a Senior Art Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our web presence, ensuring that our design language is both beautiful and highly functional for an enterprise-minded audience.

Core responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute original web design ideas that turn complex challenges into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Elevate the Planful brand identity to resonate with our growing enterprise customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage visual design projects from initial concept through to final launch.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in branding and graphic design. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in English and brings the following qualifications:

• Proven experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• High proficiency in Figma for design and rapid prototyping, as well as tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A deep understanding of user interface design and a keen sensitivity to how users interact with complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to executive stakeholders.
• A collaborative spirit and a humble approach to problem-solving that prioritizes the best interests of the company.

Compensation and benefits
