Art Director, Photo at Supergoop!

We are looking for a creative visionary to join our team and help us protect skin health every single day.

What you bring

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the charge in defining our visual language through photography and video. This full-time role is based in the United States, with a hybrid work schedule that requires three days per week in our New York City office. You will be responsible for:

• Directing external creative partners, including photographers, content creators, and editors, to bring our seasonal campaigns and product launches to life.
• Developing in-depth creative decks and briefs that clearly articulate our brand vision to internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing the end-to-end production process, from initial concepting and storyboarding to overseeing retouching and final video edits.

Requirements

We are looking for a beauty-obsessed leader with 6 to 8 years of experience in art direction, production, and design. You should have a strong background in photography and a deep understanding of the beauty or lifestyle retail landscape. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CaptureOne is essential, as is the ability to handle basic retouching and video editing. We value candidates who are entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can independently manage multiple projects while maintaining our high standards of visual excellence. English proficiency is required, and please note that some travel may be necessary for this role.
