We are looking for an experienced Area Vice President of Dealer Sales to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a key executive leader within our Commercial Dealer segment, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth across the Dealer channel in the West region. You will leverage our full MasterBrand portfolio to develop and execute regional sales strategies, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality manufacturing solutions to our customers. This position requires you to be based within the West region territory.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the regional P&L, including managing revenue, margins, bookings, and overall market share growth.
- Provide leadership and coaching to our dealer sales agencies and Regional Sales Managers to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Translate our broader enterprise strategy into specific, actionable priorities for the dealer channel while collaborating cross-functionally with our product, marketing, and operations teams.
Requirements
This is an executive-level role that demands a deep background in sales leadership and manufacturing. You should possess a proven track record in the following areas:
- Extensive experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and performance management.
- Strong team leadership capabilities with a focus on developing high-performing sales cultures.
- Expertise in managing complex dealer relationships and driving growth within a competitive market.
- Professional proficiency in English.
