Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior level Area Service Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Based in the Greater Washington, DC area, you will provide critical leadership and management oversight for our Mobile Engineers, ensuring that all building systems and environments meet our high standards of operation.
Your impact
- Direct and supervise our Mobile Engineering team, acting as a subject matter expert to guide their daily operations and technical performance.
- Perform detailed cost benefit analysis for repairs and capital improvements to support our annual budgeting and long-term planning.
- Oversee the maintenance and control of essential building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, while fostering professional growth through training and career development.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator with a professional approach to client relations. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of direct experience managing a mobile engineering team with expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of engineering excellence and safety.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 USD. Please note that all job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and verification of your eligibility to work in the United States.
