What you bring
We are seeking a Senior level Area Service Manager to join our team on a Full Time, on-site basis in the United States. You will be responsible for providing leadership to our Mobile Engineers while ensuring our building systems operate at peak performance. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Directing and supervising the Mobile Engineering team through a matrix management structure.
- Acting as a subject matter expert to guide the team on technical issues and operational protocols.
- Performing detailed cost benefit analysis for repairs and capital improvements to support our annual budgeting process.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least five years of direct experience managing mobile engineering teams with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. We value candidates who demonstrate professionalism and have mastered technical writing and communication skills. You must be highly proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable presenting detailed reports to clients. Fluency in English is required, and you should be capable of fostering career development and safety training for your team members.
What we offer
We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 USD for this position. Please note that all job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and verification of your eligibility to work in the United States.
