About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Area Sales Manager for a Full Time position to lead the expansion of our home warranty subscriptions in the Baltimore, Maryland territory. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our new partnership with Long & Foster Real Estate, one of the most reputable firms in the United States. You will work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and managers to position our modern, tech-driven solutions as a superior alternative to traditional home warranty options.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and growth of our partnership with Long & Foster, bringing our innovative home solutions to their extensive network of real estate professionals.
- Build and nurture a robust referral base by engaging prospective partners and maintaining strong relationships with our existing network in the territory.
- Deliver persuasive individual and group presentations to key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of our product enhancements and strategic advantages.
Requirements
- Five to seven or more years of sales experience, with a preference for those with a background in territory sales, real estate, or related industries.
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to use your own vehicle for travel, with mileage reimbursement provided.
- A proven track record of establishing quick rapport and maintaining impactful professional relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High energy, integrity, and the ability to thrive as a collaborative team player while navigating organizational structures.

This role is based in the United States, specifically focusing on the Baltimore, Maryland territory.
