The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Area Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will serve as a vital ambassador to automotive dealers in your assigned territory. Your primary mission is to expand our market share by building strong relationships, signing new dealership partners, and ensuring our lending programs are effectively utilized to help more customers get behind the wheel.

A day in the life

  • You will act as the face of our company by visiting dealerships, making cold calls, and managing inbound inquiries to foster long-term partnerships.
  • You will educate dealer partners on the nuances of our lending programs, helping them maximize the value we provide to their specific business needs.
  • You will collaborate with our internal operational teams to capture high-quality business and ensure we are consistently meeting our strategic growth objectives.

Who you are

You are an intrinsically motivated professional with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the automotive finance landscape. You bring at least three years of experience in sales, ideally within the auto industry, and possess a strong grasp of sub-prime financing. You are a skilled communicator who can influence others, manage complex relationships, and handle sensitive information with sound judgment. You are also highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Because this role requires extensive travel, you must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working from a home office while traveling up to 75 percent of the time.
