We are Willerby, the United Kingdom's leading manufacturer of holiday homes and lodges. From our roots in a small village to our current 90-acre site in Hull, we have remained dedicated to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our commercial team and drive our growth across Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and client requirements to sharpen our sales approach.
- Train customer staff on our product range to improve their ability to sell our homes.
- Represent our brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build our lead pipeline.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on market conditions and feedback.
- Work closely with our marketing department on promotional campaigns and with our Customer Care team to ensure exceptional after-sales support.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the manufacturing or holiday home sector.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Ability to work independently as a self-motivated professional while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate changing market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, CPQ software, and spreadsheets.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
