Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Area Proposal Manager to lead our southern proposal team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing department, ensuring we continue to deliver innovative solutions that maximize value for our clients.

Your impact

Direct proposal strategy development and lead teams through every stage of the review process, from blue and pink to red and gold teams.
Guide discussions regarding team composition, project strengths, and key discriminators to ensure our proposals stand out.
Collaborate with technical staff to support business development, capture planning, and the creative presentation of project information.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, or Communications, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience. We are looking for someone with a strong background in the A/E/C industry who is comfortable leading proposal efforts. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint is essential, and familiarity with tools like Unanet, OpenAsset, and Joist AI is a significant plus. You must be fluent in English and ready to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
