- A collaborative mindset with the willingness to support cross-functional teams and learn new project delivery software.
- Practical experience with onsite construction is considered a significant plus.

We are committed to supporting our team members both personally and professionally. Our benefits package includes:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in the growth and success of the company.
- A flexible hybrid work environment.
- The opportunity to help build a purpose-driven company from the ground up.
