Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a high-level position based in India, operating under our hybrid work model. You will play a pivotal role in defining our technical direction, setting software design standards, and ensuring our platform remains reliable, secure, and scalable.

Your impact

• Drive technical strategy by setting and enforcing standards for software design and development across our product delivery teams.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers and architects through peer reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Innovate through execution by building proofs of concept for new services and technologies that solve complex real-world problems and improve the developer experience.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of software architecture and a passion for building scalable systems. You will need:

• Over 15 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in an architecture role.
• High competency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring DI.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including index optimization and execution plans.
• Proficiency in REST, OpenAPI, and modern cloud architecture patterns.
• A solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and threading models.
• Experience with Kubernetes, GraphQL, Kafka, and SQL Server is considered a major plus.
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
