The role

We are looking for an Executive-level Architect to join our team in India on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this position, you will serve as a primary technical leader, shaping the direction of our next-generation tools and overseeing the architecture that powers our audience measurement initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who is ready to influence our technical strategy and mentor the next generation of engineering talent.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of robust technology solutions that align with our long-term business goals and industry standards.
• Design, optimize, and scale software systems to ensure they remain resilient and performant under heavy data loads.
• Collaborate across functional boundaries with product managers and developers while providing mentorship to foster architectural awareness throughout our engineering teams.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in large-scale corporate technology environments. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related IT field.
• Over 10 years of experience in a corporate technology department, including a proven track record as an Architect.
• Deep expertise in building cloud-native data processing frameworks using microservices.
• Advanced proficiency in Java or other JVM-based languages, with Python skills considered a significant asset.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and industry-standard RDBMS solutions like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Practical experience leveraging AWS services to support scalable applications.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of managing technical teams and a passion for mentoring others.
