As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a visionary Lead Architect to join our team and help us build the future of medical facilities.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, lead-level position based in Poland. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote collaboration with site visits and occasional office time to ensure our clinics are designed to perfection.

Your impact

• Lead the architectural design and renovation of our medical facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.
• Create comprehensive patient journey maps, interior layouts, and signage projects that enhance the overall experience for those we serve.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial mood boards and conceptual drawings in PowerPoint or Canva to on-site construction supervision and regulatory coordination.

What you'll need

• A degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 4 years of professional experience in commercial interior design.
• Proven expertise in designing medical facilities or ambulatory technology, including a deep understanding of Sanepid regulations and fire safety standards.
• Strong spatial imagination and the ability to manage complex projects under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Polish to facilitate seamless communication with our team and local authorities.
• A proactive, dynamic approach and a willingness to travel for site visits.
