By leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data, we connect the entire automotive ecosystem to create seamless experiences for manufacturers, dealers, and consumers alike. We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Software Architect to join our team in India to help build the next generation of our business applications.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust solutions for intricate business workflows.
Take full ownership of your subsystems, managing everything from initial design and coding to testing, integration, and deployment.
Write high-quality, maintainable code while ensuring your tasks meet our standards.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure system efficiency.
Act as a mentor to junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Collaborate effectively with product, QA, UI/UX, and management teams.
Deliver reliable results on time within our fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
Proven experience in building and scaling microservices.
Practical knowledge of at least one NoSQL database.
Strong problem-solving abilities, including technical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Excellent communication skills and a high sense of personal ownership.
A commitment to maintaining high code quality and serving as a technical role model for the team.
