We are looking for a dedicated Architect, ERP & Corporate Systems to join our team in the United States and help us continue to innovate and grow.

What you'll be doing

• You will oversee the architecture and design of our ERP systems, specifically focusing on Finance and Supply Chain, while managing the complex dependencies between our Planning, Merchandising, PLM, and Digital platforms.
• You will lead the evaluation and selection of new SaaS technologies, conducting thorough market research and managing the RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes with our vendors.
• You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technology and business processes. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in ERP, Merchandising, and Planning systems with a track record of increasing technical and functional responsibility.
• Hands-on expertise with major ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion/EBS.
• Deep knowledge of ERP Finance and Supply Chain functions, including direct purchasing and inventory management.
• Experience in a retail environment is highly valued, as is familiarity with tools like Anaplan, Flex PLM, or Centric.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, energetic approach to problem-solving and a passion for full-lifecycle ERP implementations.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive base salary range of $200,000 to $230,000 per year. Please note that the final offer may vary based on your specific experience, performance, and location. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for our comprehensive total rewards package, which includes:
