At Dream Sports, we are dedicated to making sports better through the intersection of technology and athletic engagement. As India’s premier sports technology company, we serve 250 million users across our diverse portfolio, which includes Dream11, the world’s largest fantasy sports platform, along with FanCode and DreamSetGo. Based in Mumbai, our team of nearly 1,000 Sportans works to innovate at scale. Within our technology division at Dream11, we manage a mobile-first experience that handles over 450 million requests per minute and supports a concurrency of 15 million users. Our robust architecture consists of more than 190 micro-services built in Java, supported by a vast data infrastructure that utilizes tools like Kafka, Redshift, Spark, and Druid to power predictive analytics and machine learning. We are currently seeking a Senior Architect for Cloud Security to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India.
Key outcomes
- Take ownership of security measures across our AWS and GCP environments by introducing innovative solutions and strengthening our existing security posture.
- Develop and manage security frameworks by prioritizing an automation-first approach and robust design principles.
- Lead and maintain accountability for multi-stakeholder projects focused on cloud security across our data science and engineering teams.
- Mentor and upskill our security team by integrating emerging technologies such as GenAI and advanced anomaly detection.
- Oversee cloud security governance and compliance, which includes managing risk registers and ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate project timelines, resource efforts, and contracts.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience working within cloud infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of specialized experience in cloud security, specifically involving AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in developing automation scripts and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaaC).
- Strong proficiency in the English language for professional collaboration.
