What you bring

We are looking for a Senior level intern to join our team in France on a Full Time basis. As an applied machine learning engineer, you will play a vital role in our engineering department by leveraging your expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Software Development to solve complex problems. You will be expected to:

• Explore diverse datasets to extract meaningful insights and build robust models.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to deliver high-quality, personalized recommendations for our customers.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution and optimization of our core recommendation platform.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation in Python, NumPy, and Pandas. We value candidates who demonstrate a deep understanding of machine learning principles, including gradient descent, regularization, and optimization techniques. You should be comfortable with data visualization and feature engineering, such as working with pre-trained embeddings and tokenization. Because our global team operates in English, you must be proficient in both written and spoken communication. We are looking for someone who is authentic, respectful, and eager to learn, as this is a pre-hire position intended to transition into a full-time role.
