Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of L4 autonomous semi-trucks for the commercial market.
Optimize complex deep learning models to run efficiently on embedded NVIDIA GPUs.
Create custom CUDA kernels and TensorRT plugins to support our perception and planning algorithms.
Partner with cross-functional experts to influence the autonomy stack and deploy models directly onto our vehicles.
Analyze and resolve system performance bottlenecks to ensure peak operation.
Maintain high engineering standards by documenting your work, participating in code reviews, and engaging in strategic team discussions.

Must-haves

A relevant bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of professional experience, or an advanced degree.
Strong proficiency in C++14 with a focus on writing clean, robust, and efficient code.
Proven experience with CUDA programming and algorithm parallelization.
Practical experience developing TensorRT plugins.
Familiarity with collaborative development workflows using Git and Jira.
Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-haves

Professional background in robotics or autonomous systems.
Experience working within safety-critical system environments.
Proficiency with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $103,700 to $124,400 USD.
