What you bring

We’re hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role, you’ll lead the development of AI-powered features that improve how mortgages are serviced, from document classification to agentic AI for call centers. You’ll work with technologies including Python, React, GCP, OpenAI, and Hugging Face, and you’ll help identify new ways generative AI can drive efficiency across the entire business. Your work will be fully remote and can be done from Anywhere.

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI systems for mortgage servicing products and workflows.
• Identify new opportunities to apply generative AI to enhance operational efficiency across the entire business.
• Oversee the architecture, training, and serving of open-source deep learning models using state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Requirements

You bring at least five years of engineering experience with a strong focus on AI and large language models. You have a proven record of shipping generative AI solutions into production and are comfortable working with tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and human-in-the-loop platforms. Full-stack experience with Python, React, and GCP helps you collaborate smoothly with product managers, founders, and operations teams. You combine strong problem-solving skills with clear communication and a genuine interest in mentoring others while ensuring every AI solution meets regulatory standards.

What we offer

Base compensation for this role ranges from $185,000 to $325,000, and the final band will be determined during the interview process. In addition to salary, we provide equity compensation and a 401k plan.
