We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Application Support Specialist. About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Application Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, process improvement, and system maintenance, ensuring that our technology stack remains a powerful asset for the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Salesforce processes by refining workflows, formulas, and Flows to ensure peak system performance.
- Provide high-quality support by resolving user tickets, documenting solutions, and escalating complex technical issues when necessary.
- Maintain data integrity through regular cleanup, mass updates, and the integration of third-party tools like DocuSign.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in Salesforce administration and a passion for technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Salesforce org administration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and the Lightning App Builder.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Process Builder, Flows, and SFDC Data Loader is highly valued.
- A Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is considered a strong plus.
Location
This position is an on-site role based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
