We are looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist to join our technology team in Turkey. Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for our software applications to business units and internal users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, software bugs, and user-related issues.
- Document software defects and maintain clear communication with our development teams.
- Keep detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide necessary after-hours support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of our support operations.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience working in an application or technical support role.
- Strong technical proficiency with software applications and SQL database technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work from the office when required.
