What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level Application Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our enterprise software, ensuring that our internal users have the tools they need to succeed. Your work will involve utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, ERP systems, and PowerBI to maintain operational excellence.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all user inquiries and technical issues regarding our enterprise applications.
• Manage the end-to-end support process while utilizing ticketing systems to track and resolve requests.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across the company.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a solid foundation in IT support and a commitment to ITIL best practices. We require a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience, along with at least two years of experience supporting ERP or MRP systems within a manufacturing or engineering setting. You must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Because our work involves sensitive technology, all applicants must be U.S. citizens to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations. You should also be comfortable participating in identity verification processes to access secure client portals.
