Key outcomes

• Provide first-level technical support to business units and operational users regarding our software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including system outages, software bugs, and user errors.
• Work closely with our development team to document and communicate software defects effectively.
• Maintain thorough records of all support interactions and the solutions provided through our internal channels.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure support coverage for after-hours needs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase the overall efficiency of our application support operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience working in an application support or technical support capacity.
• Strong technical proficiency, including the ability to write and execute basic SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Kibana, AppDynamics, or similar solutions.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• A good command of the English language.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Turkey.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Java is considered a plus for this role.
