What you bring
We are looking for a Junior Application Support Specialist I to join our Technology team on a Full Time basis. In this role you will focus on helping caregivers resolve issues with our FreedomCare Mobile App, delivering one-call resolutions and maintaining high standards for customer service. Your day-to-day work will include assisting with clocking in and out, face recognition, and other app functions, while also managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and proactive outreach about app updates. Three main responsibilities include troubleshooting mobile-app problems as the subject-matter expert, de-escalating dissatisfied callers and escalating unresolved issues when needed, and consistently meeting weekly and monthly KPIs for quality and speed. This position is fully remote with the possibility of occasional travel to our main New York office or the nearest FreedomCare hub for meetings and collaboration.
Requirements
You will bring proven customer-service experience that demonstrates empathy, active listening, and patience, along with strong computer proficiency and the ability to leverage technology to solve problems quickly. Clear communication skills are essential so you can walk caregivers through step-by-step troubleshooting, and you should be comfortable identifying root causes and taking full ownership of every task. The role requires fluency in English; a high-school diploma or equivalent is expected, and any prior technical-support background is highly valued. The ideal candidate is reliable, positive under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed with new tools.

Base pay for this position ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 USD per hour.
