The role
We are seeking a mid-level Application Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Canada that requires working afternoon hours in PST or MT time zones to ensure consistent coverage for our APAC business operations. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success, serving as a vital link between our internal teams and our clients to ensure they receive the highest level of technical support throughout their journey with us.
Core responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients while training them on our product suite to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions.
- Take full ownership of technical support issues, providing end-to-end resolution through email and web conferencing while proactively identifying opportunities for process automation.
- Collaborate with our development and technical operations teams by participating in new product testing, providing actionable feedback, and assisting with server-related tasks.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, along with familiarity using API tools like Postman.
- Experience with Okta or similar identity providers, as well as Jira or other service desk and issue-tracking software.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical expertise in areas such as database administration, scripting, or technical writing is highly valued.
Compensation and benefits
