Key outcomes
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for our Application Support teams.
- Design and implement processes that optimize the delivery of application support.
- Manage team performance by setting clear goals, offering coaching, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members by sharing your technical expertise and leadership experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues and identify preventative measures for recurring problems.
- Analyze support data and reporting to uncover opportunities for functional improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in application support or a similar technical leadership role.
- A proven history of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on coaching and interpersonal leadership.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in the logistics or e-commerce sectors.
- Familiarity with knowledge base management tools.
- The ability to work from our office locations when required.
