The role
We are seeking an Application Support Lead to join our technology team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Turkey. This is a leadership position intended for an experienced professional who can guide our support operations while maintaining the high-performance standards of our platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems remain scalable and efficient as we continue to expand our global footprint.
Core responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to our application support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement optimized processes that improve our support workflows and overall system reliability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team members, setting clear performance goals, and sharing your technical expertise.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in technical leadership and a passion for e-commerce. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in application support or a similar technical leadership capacity.
- A solid understanding of software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, and knowledge base management tools.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good command of the English language.
- Prior experience within the e-commerce or logistics industries is highly valued.
