We believe that technology is the engine of our success, and we are looking for an Application Support Lead to join our team in Turkey to help us continue scaling our high-performance platforms.
Key outcomes
- Provide strategic leadership to our application support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Create and refine processes that optimize how we handle and resolve support requests.
- Manage team performance by setting clear goals, offering regular coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members by sharing your technical expertise and leadership experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventative measures based on support trends.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards to keep our support operations at the forefront of the field.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in application support or a similar technical leadership role.
- A proven history of leading and motivating high-performing technical teams.
- A strong grasp of software development lifecycles and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on coaching and team development.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- A good command of the English language.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency with knowledge base management tools.
- The ability to work from our office location when required.
