The opportunity

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be the steady hand that keeps our Riversand SaaS platform running for customers around the world. Your work ensures that product data stays reliable, incidents are resolved quickly, and our users feel supported at every step. In a hybrid role based in Bangalore, you will join a collaborative engineering group that values clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

A day in the life

• You start by triaging new support tickets, responding to customers via email, phone, or remote sessions while tracking progress against agreed service levels.
• Throughout the day you investigate and reproduce issues in lower environments, applying fixes only after thorough testing, and you lead root-cause analysis when critical incidents arise.
• You wrap up by updating internal documentation, joining a customer cadence call to review recent tickets, and sharing insights that help the whole team serve clients even better.

Who you are

You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and you bring at least two years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise software for global customers. You are comfortable working in a 24×7 shift environment and have supported users across email, phone, and remote tools. Strong C# and .NET programming skills, along with solid SQL experience, allow you to diagnose and resolve issues at the code level. You have used ticketing systems such as TFS, RMTrack, or Jira, and you have worked in consulting or other customer-facing roles that sharpened your written and spoken English. Any prior exposure to master-data-management platforms is a plus, but your curiosity and commitment to clear communication matter most.
