The opportunity
In this role, you will become a key player in managing and optimizing our Ivanti ITSM platform. You will act as the bridge between technical configuration and business needs, ensuring our internal processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys diving deep into software administration and wants to contribute to the automation of our Technical Directorate. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere, ensuring you can balance your professional impact with your personal life.
A day in the life
- You will configure and fine-tune the Ivanti platform to automate complex processes for our Technical Directorate.
- You will collaborate directly with key system users to design, implement, and refine business processes within our information systems.
- You will oversee the technical integration of new solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with our existing infrastructure and service level agreements.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with at least 24 months of experience in software administration and a total of at least 3 years in the IT sector. You should be comfortable navigating both Windows and Unix environments and possess strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and testing. You are someone who values clear technical documentation and understands the importance of precise system logic. Your technical toolkit should include:
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
If you have previous experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, BPM platforms, or modern software development methodologies, you will find yourself right at home in this role.
