Key outcomes
- Provide dedicated L1 and L2 support to our users while managing application administration, including master files, data management, and data mapping.
- Collaborate with end users to identify technical issues or improvement opportunities, coordinating with third-party vendors and global teams to implement solutions.
- Monitor application performance metrics and develop processes to ensure optimal system health.
- Execute application testing and assist in the design and documentation of essential system processes.
- Manage system upgrades by overseeing planning, testing, and internal communications.
- Maintain up-to-date application collateral, such as manuals and policy documentation.
- Lead projects autonomously, identifying risks and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business units, external vendors, and regional contacts to ensure alignment with media system requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a business or technical support analyst.
- Strong proficiency in relational databases, including the ability to write SQL commands for SQL and Oracle environments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related office software.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with third-party vendor service and support teams.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Strong documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as a self-starter who adapts easily to changing priorities.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within the media industry.
