We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States.
Key outcomes
- Manage Tier 1 and 2 Salesforce support requests, including user access, permissions, report configuration, and troubleshooting error messages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Debug technical issues and propose scalable, long-term solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with the senior business systems team to implement improvements.
- Perform routine data tasks, such as bulk uploads for fund closing commitments.
- Provide administrative support for additional business applications, including Yardi, Docusign, Tenrox, and Workiva.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce procedures, FAQs, and automation workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or power user, ideally supporting environments with 30 to 100+ users.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business systems application support, preferably within the real estate, banking, or investment sectors.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce core and custom objects, permission sets, validation rules, approval processes, and formula fields.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builders, and SOQL.
- Proven ability to migrate processes from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
- Excellent professional communication and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Active certification as a Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Experience using administrative tools such as Workbench and DataLoader.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for ETL processes and data management.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Compensation
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus. We offer a robust benefits package designed to support your well-being, including:
