About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Application Security Engineer for a Full Time position. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement robust security solutions, build advanced tooling, and create detection mechanisms. Your work will be essential in protecting our users and applications while ensuring that our systems remain secure and usable at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our developers to enhance the security posture of our products and services.
- Lead technical initiatives to identify security weaknesses and work alongside stakeholders to implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to assess potential threats, provide expert security guidance, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience focusing on web security, mobile security, or cryptography.
- Proven proficiency in software development.
- Deep expertise in authentication protocols and cryptography-based security.
- A genuine passion for user privacy and security.
Location
This role is Hybrid and can be performed from anywhere, with the option to work partially or fully remote.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $203,000 to $225,000. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for equity and token compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
