We are looking for a dedicated Application Manager to join our team and lead the technical delivery of IT solutions for our retail, revenue, and merchandising operations. What you'll be doing
- You will supervise both internal and external technical personnel to ensure the successful development, integration, and maintenance of our core application systems.
- You will lead our daily IT operations, which includes managing SaaS solutions, establishing maintenance procedures, and acting as level 3 support for our primary business applications.
- You will partner with business stakeholders to identify technology gaps, manage project budgets, and develop roadmaps that align with our broader organizational objectives.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in retail IT and a passion for operational excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program or project management within a fast-paced technology or consulting environment.
- At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise applications that directly influence store operations or manufacturing workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple concurrent projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to pass all required background checks while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
