The role
We are searching for a Senior Application Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Germany, offering the flexibility to work from our Leipzig headquarters or remotely. In this role, you will be the primary driver for the maintenance, optimization, and implementation of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, ensuring our supply chain systems effectively support our global operations.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of supply chain modules within Dynamics 365 to ensure they align with our specific business requirements.
- Manage complex system integrations across our business applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient data flows.
- Drive continuous process improvement by monitoring system performance, identifying operational bottlenecks, and delivering training programs to enhance user proficiency.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong background in ERP management and a deep understanding of supply chain logistics. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Extensive professional experience as a Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX 2012 Application Manager, specifically within supply chain modules.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and general ERP system architecture.
- Proven ability to lead ERP implementations and manage system integrations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to optimize supply chain performance.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, allowing you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
