About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Application Implementation Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will oversee the design, planning, and delivery of business projects and workflows on the Wrike platform across all GroupM markets in EMEA. You will report directly to the Global Wrike Product Owner and manage a team of Implementation Managers, ensuring our platform operations remain efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the EMEA team of Implementation Managers while overseeing the regional project and delivery roadmap for Wrike.
- Facilitate technical discussions to establish base solution architecture, configuration, and integration models, ensuring consistency and standardization across all implementations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Wrike platform operations, including maintenance, security reviews, audits, and the management of vendor service levels.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital transformation programs within large, complex organizations.
- Proven background in software implementation, with specific knowledge of workflow tools like Wrike being highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, PMI, or Lean.
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process engineering.
- Technical familiarity with APIs and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and JSON.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is based in South Africa.
