TEAM AND ROLE:
As an application expert in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 applications. As part of the team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, enhancing system capabilities, and driving technological advancements. Additionally, you will provide essential support to users, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to effectively utilize Dynamics 365.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of new modules, upgrades, and system enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Identify, Lead the planning, design, and implementation of middleware, upgrades, and system enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and business metrics.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing, managing and/or administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Implementing Dynamics 365 for legal entities globally is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, customization, integration, and extension capabilities. Proficiency in Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address system issues and business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
