About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Application Expert for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will manage, optimize, and implement our Dynamics 365 applications. You will serve as a vital link between our business processes and our technology, ensuring that our systems are not only running smoothly but are also evolving to meet our growing needs. You will also act as a key resource for our users, providing the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on designing, planning, and implementing system upgrades, new modules, and enhancements while ensuring that our daily business operations remain uninterrupted.
• Manage the ongoing administration and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 environment to guarantee high performance and constant availability.
• Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly, while also creating detailed dashboards and reports to track system performance and key business metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the administration, implementation, or management of Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically with experience handling global legal entities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications in Dynamics 365 being a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, including customization and integration capabilities, along with familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across different departments.
• Fluency in English.
