The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer to serve as a key technical leader for our Arcadia product line. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our advanced technology and our customers' needs, acting as the primary technical liaison during the sales process. You will play a vital role in our growth by demonstrating the value of our cloud-delivered solutions and ensuring that our product team stays aligned with the evolving challenges of the wire harness industry.

A day in the life

• You will lead technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique capabilities of the Arcadia suite to prospective clients.
• You will create and present high-quality technical content, including live demonstrations and on-demand materials, to support our broader sales and marketing initiatives.
• You will act as a technical expert to accelerate the sales cycle, helping our sales team close deals by effectively aligning our software solutions with specific customer business requirements.

Who you are

You are an experienced professional with a passion for the intersection of engineering and sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the technical depth to communicate complex concepts clearly. Your background includes:

• At least 5 years of experience working as an Application Engineer for ECAD solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Arcadia, Zuken, or Capital.
• A solid understanding of wire harness design, electrical engineering, costing, and PLM/PDM systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical materials to diverse groups.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
• Fluency in English.
• A willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
