What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Application Engineer to join us on a full-time basis in the United States. This role is essential to our operations, as you will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology and our customers' specific needs. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical accuracy, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the technical authority for our mechanical and electrical systems, providing expert guidance to both internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborating closely with our sales department to present technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and identify the best solutions for unique customer requirements.
• Coordinating projects across multiple departments to ensure that every phase, from initial specification to final implementation, is delivered on time and meets our high standards of quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical engineering. We require a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or at least three years of equivalent professional experience. You should bring at least two years of experience in project management, specifically involving complex systems like motors or HVAC equipment. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Asana is essential. We value candidates who are strong communicators and problem solvers, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, and having a PMP certification or knowledge of industry standards like NEC and ASHRAE is considered a significant advantage.
