The role

We are looking for a dedicated Application Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a management-level position where you will lead our internal application development and analysis functions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction, evaluating our current systems, and ensuring our development projects align with our broader business goals.

Core responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and analysts to ensure high-quality output.
• Drive architectural oversight and conduct design reviews to maintain industry-leading development standards.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including creating technical plans, tracking milestones, and facilitating status meetings.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative technologist who is eager to innovate. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise application architecture.
• Strong technical proficiency with cloud-native data stores, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of MS SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a culture of teamwork and adaptability.
