The opportunity

We are seeking an Application Development Manager to join our team in India. In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will guide our engineering efforts, mentor our talented developers, and ensure that our platform continues to set the standard for complex commerce and guided selling. As we integrate into the ServiceNow ecosystem, your leadership will be vital in maintaining our momentum and delivering high-impact solutions that our customers rely on.

A day in the life

• You will mentor and lead our development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous professional growth.
• You will manage the end-to-end execution of software projects, ensuring that we meet our quality standards and business goals through clear communication with stakeholders.
• You will provide strategic technical guidance, overseeing architecture decisions and enforcing best practices for code quality and testing.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with over 10 years of hands-on experience in software development. You have a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams and managing complex platform migrations. Your technical foundation is built on deep expertise in Java, and you are highly comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments. You communicate effectively in English and thrive when solving intricate technical challenges in a fast-paced setting. It is a major plus if you have experience with Spring Framework, JavaScript, cloud-native applications, or the CPQ and eCommerce domains.
