About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Application Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will focus on the front end of our applications, ensuring that our users have a seamless and secure experience. You will work closely with our engineering team to refine our interface, improve our deployment processes, and implement features that directly impact our users' ability to protect their online privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development to enhance our user interface and experience, while implementing design updates within our application HTML frontend.
- Streamline our release deployment process by executing small-scope code changes between build generations to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with and provide support to our DevOps team during the creation of installers and the distribution of our software through various channels.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a solid foundation in front-end development and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Two to three years of professional experience working with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Practical knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience working with content-serving APIs.
- Familiarity with Selenium or other web-based testing frameworks is considered a plus.
- A strong work ethic, the ability to think strategically about the end-user, and a commitment to clear documentation and transparent communication.
