We specialize in providing innovative, people-first IT solutions that empower government organizations to achieve their critical missions. As a recognized Top Workplace, we pride ourselves on maintaining an inclusive environment where our technical leaders are encouraged to solve complex problems for clients dedicated to national security. If you are ready to apply your expertise to high-impact projects, we would love to have you on board.
What you'll be doing
- You will design, build, and deploy custom web applications that streamline data collection for our ITSM systems while maintaining high levels of system redundancy.
- You will create and manage automated workflows for both internal and external processes, ensuring that our systems adapt efficiently to evolving business rules and logic.
- You will lead efforts to modernize our platforms by conducting system updates, managing data migrations, and developing ETL applications using .NET to ensure data integrity across our infrastructure.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in information technology, including 4 years of hands-on work with ITSM tools. We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and is either already a certified Scrum Master or willing to obtain that certification. Your technical toolkit should include:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, SQL, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with SharePoint, Drupal, and various CMS platforms.
- A strong understanding of web accessibility standards, specifically 508 compliance.
- The ability to navigate both Windows and Linux environments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements and non-technical stakeholders.
Please note that this position requires you to be eligible for a DOD Top Secret clearance, with a preference for candidates who already hold an active DOD Secret clearance or higher. You will also need to be available to work onsite in Washington, DC, three days per week.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- A 401k plan with a company match.
- Flexible work options, including a hybrid schedule and a flexible work location.
- Generous paid time off and wellness programs.
- Commuter benefits to assist with your travel.
- Dedicated support for your career growth through professional development subsidies, mentorship opportunities, and training.
