What you bring

As a mid-level Application Analyst working on-site in the United States, you will serve as a key technical lead for our business applications. This full-time role focuses on translating business requirements into functional designs while ensuring our systems operate at peak performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional partners to define project goals.
• Creating comprehensive technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base articles to support core systems.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, including functional and regression testing to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least three years of experience as a business systems analyst, specifically within the retail or CPG sectors. You should have a strong grasp of business analysis methodologies and a proven track record of delivering technology solutions. We value individuals who are comfortable troubleshooting both internal and SaaS applications and who can maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Experience with Agile development practices and a deep understanding of supply chain and finance functions are highly preferred. Please note that you must be at least 21 years of age, able to pass a background check, and eligible for approval by the state badging agency to work within the cannabis industry.
