Niron Magnetics is currently seeking a Senior Application Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. We are pioneering the world’s first advanced manufacturing process for permanent magnets that are free of rare earth materials. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our software platforms by configuring system settings, resolving user issues, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows for our research and production teams.
- Manage data integrity and system integrations by collaborating with IT and software vendors to ensure seamless connectivity between platforms like LIMS, ERP, and internal instrument data systems.
- Lead training initiatives and documentation efforts, ensuring that all team members are proficient in our tools and that best practices are consistently followed across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in application support, ideally within a manufacturing or chemical environment.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between technical staff and external vendors.
- Technical proficiency with SQL databases and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C#.
- Experience working with Operational Technology stacks and a solid understanding of data structures and lab workflows.
- Excellent analytical abilities, allowing you to translate complex user needs into actionable system requirements.
What we offer
