We are currently looking for a Senior Appian Software Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Netherlands. In this role, you will help us build and refine our financial platform, specifically focusing on our savings and investment products to ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality applications within the Appian environment while ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts to migrate product lines and build new portals that expand our service reach.
- Establish and maintain internal tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and automated provisioning, while defining best practices to help other teams adopt Appian effectively.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Appian design and development, with a valid Appian certification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align technical solutions with stakeholders like product owners and architects.
- A deep understanding of building process applications, including data types, process models, forms, and reporting.
- A proactive mindset toward learning new technologies, specifically AWS and Azure DevOps.
- Previous experience in financial business process management is considered a significant advantage.
- The legal right to work in the Netherlands and the ability to attend our weekly office gatherings at our Amsterdam location.
